Gaga over Papa Buns

I had no idea what to expect at the pizza festival at Papa Buns. Visiting for the first time, I ordered a little some of the most interesting things on the menu which I can happily say turned out to be a good experiment. The place is compact but cute. The use of space is efficient and the booths are spacious yet have a cosy feel to them. The posters were the most fun and I couldn’t resist taking pictures of all of them.

As for food, I began with a choice of tarts: caramel and chocolate, and they were both gooey deliciousness. The tarts were followed by Bunny Chow Chicken Korma which is a very interesting dish where the korma was served in a hollowed out half loaf of bread. It tasted almost as good as it looked. Then came the star of the meal, the Sausage Cheese pizza which was yummy. The last dish was the Chicken bun which was a little disappointing as the sweetness of the bun didn’t quite sit well with the tanginess of the chicken.

I also ordered an Oreo shake, a Blue Islandnutty Brownie shake and a Mint Mojito just for the sheer variety. The drinks are absolutely topnotch and get full marks from me.

Located in the College hub, Satyaniketan, the prices are pretty decent and affordable. It is perfect for a quick date with your bae or a chilling scene with your friends. I can safely say I’m completely gaga for Papa Buns
