Bring colours home with Berger Express Painting

Meet Experience
The Indiblogger homepage flashed about an Indimeet which was going to happen at Vivanta by Taj, Mumbai in collaboration with Berger Paint. Nowadays, Indimeets being a special invitation event, I was waiting for my invite mail to pop-up anytime.

A day later it was in my mailbox with a link to register for the meet. I got myself registered and went to attendees tab to check out for familiar faces, I did find few.

On the event day, I was all excited about the meet and reached the venue to gain the one of its own kind of experience. To start the event with lunch was a well-played trick by Indi team as they knew that the way to a blogger’s heart is through his/her stomach.
After having a sumptuous meal we were escorted to a hall where the presentation was going to start.

Before the event can take on its real purpose, the organizers were all set to bring out the energy of the bloggers on the floor. With a bang-on welcome by the super-active and dynamic Anoop, we paced ourselves with a musical chair activity where we were made to dance as per our blogs and also as an Egyptian mummy. I was being human till now but the tag got changed to being mummy..!!
But I was content as I was the winner of my table.

The who ’s who of Berger Paint team were on the center stage and we were all ears. After all, it was the opening ceremony of the “Painting ka T-20 format” aptly named as “Berger Express Painting”.

With the echo of the words “Express Painting” in my mind, the previous experiences with the paint of my house started forming the vague images which were not so compelling. And the promise which this new concept was making made me to listen Mr Chandranath Banerjee, Service Head, Express Painting, with all my attention as I was looking for something really substantial and it came out just the way I was thinking of it.  They explained us about the “Berger Express Painting” which is a revolutionary concept in Home Painting.

The idea is to paint home using automatic machines to have faster, better and cleaner results every time as compared to the traditional manual process of painting.

Express Painting is equipped with high-speed tools which complete the entire home painting in almost half the time, in a dust free manner, ensuring comfort and convenience for the customer.

Next followed the Q/A session where we had all our doubts regarding painting our home in a perfect manner solved by the expert team of Berger Paints.

After the amazing presentation, it was time to get our hands dirty.
We were divided into a team of 8. I, along with, Monish, Clementia, Sanjay (captain), Yamini, Sheetal, Prerna and Jay were part of the one team and we decided to designate ourselves as #Team Better.

The sandpaper challenge got off the ground in which the surface of a flat slab of wood, coated with sand and wood, has to be made as smooth as possible in the least time. We got along with the task and finished it as good as we can. Believe me, for the first time I realized how difficult it was and what a mess to do that.

Next was the task of painting our imaginations on the canvas, choosing one from two of the given themes.

Mumbai’s life and India in 2050 were the two topics.
Most of the teams like ours choose Mumbai’s life as everyone was eager to paint their love for Mumbai.

I never knew that bloggers could be so great painters as every painting was nothing less than a masterpiece.
Every team had to explain the concept/story behind their painting and believe me this was something which a blogger could do best.

Each team’s captain beautifully narrated the complete concept, even the purpose of using every single color and so did Sanjay. He beautifully carried the job of captaincy for the proud team.

Though each team was a winner but on cards a winner had to be stated so the announcement of same was done.
I envied them a bit as they won shopping vouchers.

As always there were prizes for the best pics clicked during the event.
Video bytes have become quite common these days and I didn’t want to miss any chance to promote my blogs..:P

Indimeets are always awesome as you get to meet new creative souls, enjoy lip smacking food, win prizes, connect with a new brand and obviously get a platform to promote your blogs, and this was none less..!!

Berger Express Painting review

Normally there are 2 things that annoy me whenever I think of painting my house, dust and pungent smell.
After listening to the experts, checking out the mechanized tools they use and also using the paint while painting the canvas I found the below -:

  1. It is dust free
Mechanized sanders are used having inbuilt vacuum suction, which reduces the dust generated during the sanding process.
  2. Faster Painting
Usage of mechanized tools ensures that the job gets done at almost half of the time of that of manual method guaranteeing comfort and convenience for the clients.
  3. Better Finish
The automatic Berger Express Painting tools and best-in-class Berger products help in better surface preparation which results in a better finish.
  4. Minimal Pungent Smell
The most annoying thing while painting the house is the pungent smell that makes it unbearable to stay in the house. While using the Berger Paint I felt that finally someone in the market had understood the concern and worked toward minimizing it to a great extent.

I am really impressed by the revolutionary concept,
“Berger Express Painting” which is the best one can get in today’s painting world.
They have 2 types of home painting services –
1. Berger Express Painting – Gold
2. Berger Express Painting  – Platinum

Each service includes Exclusive Customer Executive, Trained painters, Automatic Berger Express Painting tools, best-in-class Berger products and post painting cleanup, which I think is the best you can currently get in India.
So Berger Express Painting System gets thumbs up from my side.
